Doctor of Juridical Science specialising in the European law. Graduate of the Law and European studies at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Pozna\u0144, holder of a scholarship at the Georg-August-Universit\u00e4t G\u00f6ttingen (Germany). She completed the internships in German courts, Public Prosecutor\u2019s Office and in a law firm, as well as a one-year internship at the tax department of Ernst & Young in Poznan. She was an employee of the tax department of KPMG where she was providing trainings on VAT tax and other issues. In the years 2004-2009 she was a doctoral student at the Chair of the European Law and European Doctoral College at the Jagiellonian University. She has been honoured in the XLV competition of \u201cPa\u0144stwo i Prawo\u201d for the best doctoral and habilitation thesis. Her doctoral thesis on the procedure of preliminary ruling questions to the Court of Justice of EU was published both in German and Polish language. Moreover, she completed postgraduate studies \u201cIntellectual Property Rights\u201d at the Jagiellonian University. Author of publications concerning European law in the professional press and a member of the Polish Society for European Law. Takes part in academic conferences on a regular basis. She deals with the law of new technologies, e-commerce, information protection and personal data protection law, the law of commercial contracts for the provision of IT services and telecommunications law. She graduated with honors from the postgraduate course “Law of New Technologies” at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN). She is certified as an Internal Auditor of the Information Security Management System in accordance with PN-EN ISO\/IEC 27001:2017.

His area of practice also includes mergers and acquisitions (MA) transactions and litigation (civil and criminal). Prior to joining MSDS, he worked for several years in the Warsaw office of an international law firm providing services to entrepreneurs, in particular from German-speaking countries and Benelux. He is a graduate of the first edition of the Litigation Academy \u2013 a specialized training on litigation organized by one of the best law firms in Poland.
